Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

A clear and continuous unboxing video (without cuts, pauses, or edits) is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

The video must start before opening the parcel and clearly show the product, box, tags, and condition.

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
This requirement exists to prevent misuse. In the past, some customers have retained original products and returned used or different items. The unboxing video helps us verify claims accurately and provide fair support to genuine customers.
Return & Exchange Conditions

We offer a 7-day return or exchange for quality-related issues (no unnecessary questions, subject to verification).
